Posten Notification Ad – Posten Aviannons

Your company can now add a marketing message to the notifications which we at Posten send to your customers, in the form of a clickable banner and a link to your own website.
 
​We include a link to your website in our SMS notifications, and add your banner – which is clickable and links to your website – to our e-mail notifications. This service gives your company a golden opportunity to provide information, advertise and generate additional sales!
 
As a customer of the Posten Notification Ad service, your marketing message - in the form of banners and links - will be included in all notifications sent by Posten for your items. We are currently able to do this when sending notifications for our Posten Varubrev, Registered, Cash on Delivery Letter, Express, Valuables and Posten Agreement Letter services. The number of services to which Posten Notification Ad can be added is growing all the time, enabling you to spread your marketing message even further in future.
 
We include a link to your own website in our SMS notifications, and add a banner with your marketing message to our e-mail notifications. The banner is also clickable, and links through to your website. You can choose whether to include your marketing message in our SMS notifications, our e-mail notifications or both. You can also choose whether you would like to be able to identify who has clicked on a link to your website, so that you can, for example, show a customised offer relating to what the customer has bought. The customer is identified using the item ID.
Documentation
We need to receive documentation in order to be able to add your banner and your links to our notification. You produce a banner in accordance with our set dimensions and format, and fill in the customer assignment form provided by Posten's sales representative. The banner that we add to our e-mail notifications should be in JPEG-format, size 318 x 130 pixels. If you would like us to add a link to your website in the SMS notifications, remember that it needs to go to a website that is optimised for mobile internet.
 
Posten needs to receive the documentation for your items via EDI if we are to be able to include your banner and links in our notifications. The EDI file must also include the SMS number and/or e-mail address of the recipient of the item.
