Störningsinformation
För närvarande har vi störningar i vår paketdistribution. Vi jobbar intensivt för att kunna leverera paketen och beklagar eventuella förseningar.

You can track any EMS item, letter, parcel, pallet or consignment that has an item-ID. If you have a logistics customer number, you may also use this to track DPD Business Parcels and Post Parcels.

Tracking items abroad

Item ID

(at least 9 characters)

You will find the item ID on the posting receipt you receive, as sender, upon posting. Write the figures and any letters without spaces.

When you track Post Parcels abroad, please state the complete item ID 13 symbols. The item ID always starts with two letters.

You do not need to write the complete item ID for other parcels. If you do not write the complete ID, all items connected to the series will be listed.

State:

At least 19 symbols for item ID’s which start with 00 or JJSEHIT.

Track with customer number

Your logistic customer number

(eight or ten figures)

When you track parcels with logistic customer numbers, all items are listed (DPD Business Parcels and Post Parcels) connected to the customer number. Also state reference or order number. These are the sender’s own notations and can, for example, correspond to a department, person, etc.
